CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE / RETURN OF ORDERED ITEMS

The right to return is entitled to the buyer within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods. Return of the order value (the price of the object or objects) is conditioned on receiving the undamaged, whole product by the seller. Refund applies to the value of the item itself excluding the costs of shipping the order to the customer. Shipping costs are the expenses actually covered by the seller, and therefore not refundable.

While returning the goods please consider their actual value because the responsibility for destruction or a loss during transport rests upon the buyer / the person returning the goods.

The right of return does not apply when the goods have been used.

The right to return does not also apply when the goods are completely destroyed or the condition of the purchased item is completely different than this before it is sent, and the changes may have occurred during transport.
