GENERAL RULES
Before ordering we kindly ask you to read the following shipping rules and its costs, as well as the costs related to packaging of the orders. Placing an order means the simultaneous acceptance of the following regulations.
The seller reserves the right to choose the most appropriate way to deliver the orders.
The given time of delivery of packages is only estimated and provided by the delivery company, so respectively the post office or the courier, and can differ from the actual time. The seller has no influence on the work of companies delivering orders.
Please make sure that the specified delivery address is correct.
If you wish to receive an invoice, please inform us about this fact immediately after the purchase.
The orders are executed on the same day or the next day at the latest after a successful completion of the transaction, that is, after we notice the payment for the goods on our account. The order is considered complete and properly executed after noting the payment on the account.
ORDERS EXECUTED IN THE UK
Shipping items in the UK is free of charge. Some products (a few exceptions) may be charged a shipping fee.
Most orders will be executed by Royal Mail (second class), delivery up to 5 working days.
For orders in excess of 2 kilograms delivery the courier will be selected by the seller.
Delivery to customers from Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles will be executed as a rule by Royal Mail.
ORDERS IN EUROPE
The costs of shipping orders will each time be determined by the weight, the cost of shipment will be shown during the purchase process.
Delivering orders up to two kilograms will be executed by Royal Mail, while others, and some items by Hobby Zone, will be sent by a courier. Maximum package weight is up to 15 kg.
Time of delivery is estimated between 1 - 3 weeks.
ORDERS TO THE USA / Rest of the world
The costs of shipping orders will each time be determined by the weight; the cost of shipment will be shown during the purchase process.
Delivering orders up to two kilograms will be executed by Royal Mail, while others, and some items by Hobby Zone, will be sent by a courier. Maximum package weight is up to 15 kg.
Time of delivery is estimated between 2 - 4 weeks.
If some products have not selected destination which you are interested in, please contact with us. We will revise the listing/s.
In the case of curiosity for purchases from the abovementioned parts of the world, please contact us. Each request will be considered individually.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Placing an order is simple and should take no more than a few minutes.
To order items please follow the instructions appearing on the website.

Then please go to the checkout process.
Shipping costs will be visible during the purchase process each time. Please remember that the fee is always charged in pounds sterling. Payment for the goods is possible by debit and credit card or through PayPal.
Before the purchasing process ends, please make sure that the address is correct or if the delivery it is to be held to the address different than the one stated earlier, please notify us immediately.
Orders sent by us to the address given, if it turns out to be incorrect without us being informed or if the notification is made after we send the order, will be treated as properly executed.
